      I fell in love with the fitness industry at a young age. I started with my own home programs, took long walks for cardio and learned everything I could possibly learn about the industry on TV. (No internet back than.)
     However, fitness wasn't my first career choice. My first love was cosmetology. I knew I wanted to one day open a Salon and after working for someone else I was lucky enough to open and co own my first business Rapunzel Salon in 1997.
    Training was still a big part of my life and I loved helping people with health so I became an NFPT Personal Trainer 2002.
   After years of doing both I eventually sold my shares in the Salon and put both business's under one roof, Colchester Health & Fitness and SPAphoria Salon. Talk about the ultimate service!
